The President spoke at 3 p.m. at the Prime Osborne Convention Center. In his remarks, he referred to author Kerry Kennedy Cuomo and her husband, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Andrew M. Cuomo, her mother, Ethel Kennedy, and her brother, Joseph P. Kennedy II; Cathy Bessant, president, Bank of America (Florida); and Gov. Jeb Bush of Florida. The transcript released by the Office of the Press Secretary did not include the complete opening remarks of the President. A tape was not available for verification of the content of these remarks.
