Cerf, senior vice president of Internet architecture and technology, MCI WorldCom; Republican Presidential candidate Gov. George W. Bush of Texas; and Renee Mullins, daughter of murder victim James Byrd, Jr. The transcript was released by the Office of the Press Secretary on November 2.
