ORDER: The Court directs that because each of Plaintiff's claims in the proposed complaint would be dismissed, her motion for leave to file the complaint is denied. The order barring Plaintiff from filing future complaints without leave of the Court remains in effect. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 (a)(3) that any appeal from this orderwould not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). Ordered by Judge Pamela K. Chen on 7/17/2018. (Rediker, Ezekiel)
