The President also referred to Gov. Jeb Bush's order on October 21 for doctors to resume tube feeding of Theresa M. ``Terri'' Schiavo, a brain-damaged Florida patient. Reporters referred to Chairman Yasser Arafat of the Palestinian Authority; and former President Charles Taylor of Liberia.
