Hamilton, Vice Chairman, National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (9/11 Commission); former Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) of the Palestinian Authority; Prime Minister Ariel Sharon of Israel; Chairman Kim Chong-il of North Korea; Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi of Japan; Lt. The President also referred to Gov. Jeb Bush's order on October 21 for doctors to resume tube feeding of Theresa M. ``Terri'' Schiavo, a brain-damaged Florida patient.
