U.S. Congressional Serial Set – Browse by Topic

News

GPO launched the Congressional Serial Set collection on govinfo in September 2021, and we are pleased to announce a new enhancement, Serial Set Browse by Topic . The Serial Set Browse by Topic feature organizes Serial Set documents into topical categories that are based on Library of Congress Subject Headings (LCSH). These headings are words or phrases that are used to indicate the topics of resources. For more information, please visit the Library of Congress Subject and Genre/Form Headings page.

The Serial Set Browse by Topic feature provides an A-Z index for users to click on the first letter of a topic and browse the topics within the alphabetical listing. Upon opening the browse node for a letter, the topics are displayed for Serial Set documents that are currently in govinfo. Each individual document in the Congressional Serial Set collection is assigned to one or more topics, which makes it easier for our users to explore the rich subject matter contained within the Serial Set.

We encourage you to use the Serial Set Browse by Topic feature and share your feedback so that we can continue to improve govinfo. For more about the United States Congressional Serial Set or tips on searching in govinfo, visit the Help page .
