This Critical Issue Bibliography (CRIB) Sheet focuses on campus crime and institutional liability. The resources it lists highlight some of the information available to campus administrators and policymakers for developing a better understanding of how to address crime and related issues. The resources are divided into these categories: (1) crime statistics, reporting, and trends; ( 2 ) institutional responses; ( 3 ) students and parents, responses and perceptions; (4) alcohol use and binge drinking; and (5) institutional liability, legal, and legislative issues. The annotated bibliography describes 40 references in the ERIC database and describes a pertinent legislative database.
