Ms. McMahon referred to Steve Michalek, father of Connor Michalek, who died of medulloblastoma on April 25, 2014. Administrator Oz referred to Albert Bourla, chairman and chief executive officer, Pfizer Inc. Ms. Myers referred to her parents Kurt and Princecine Myers.
