McGinnis, who died in the North Tower of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001; and Dean Taylor, uncle of 2 Lt. Luke Taylor, USA, and brother of Lt. Col. Kip P. Taylor, USA, who was killed when American Airlines Flight 77 struck the Pentagon.
