Skarlatos, subdued gunman Ayoub El Khazzani, in the August 21, 2015, Thalys train attack outside Oignies in Pas-de-Calais, France; and Steve Veletsis, cofounder, Design Cuisine. The transcript was released by the Office of Communications on March 25.
