Hochul of New York; Or Levy, Eli Sharabi, and Ohad Ben Ami, who were released from Hamas captivity in Gaza, Palestinian Territories, into Red Cross custody on February 8; and Emily Damari, who was shot in the hand as she was dragged from her home in southern Israel during the Hamas attacks of October 7, 2023; and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel. Secretary Duffy referred to his children Evita, Jack, Lucia-Belen, John-Paul, Paloma, Maria Victoria, Margarita, Patrick, and Valentina Duffy. A reporter referred to Danielle R.
