Trump, in his capacity as the 2024 Republican Presidential nominee; and Douglas C. Emhoff, husband of Vice President Kamala D. Harris. He also referred to his brothers James B. and Francis W. Biden and sister Valerie Biden Owens. The transcript was released by the Office of the Press Secretary on September 13.
