Blinken, Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III, and National Security Adviser Jacob J. Sullivan; and Minister of Foreign Affairs Yoshimasa Hoyashi, Minister of Defense Yasukazu Hamada, and Secretary General of the National Security Secretariat Takeo Akiba of Japan. Prime Minister Kishida referred to Minister of Finance Shunichi Suzuki and Minister of Economy, Trade, and Industry Yasutochi Nishimura of Japan; U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen and Secretary of Commerce Gina M. Raimondo; and Minister of Economy and Finance Choo Kyung-ho and Minister of Trade, Industry, and Energy Lee Chang-yang of South Korea.
