Lists each incident that occurred in the preceding two fiscal years that resulted in disbursements of $500,000 or more from the Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund and an accounting of any amounts reimbursed to the Fund in the preceding fiscal year that were recovered from a responsible party for incidents with disbursements that totaled $500,000 or more
