Section 4008 of the Agricultural Act of 2018 (P.L. 115-334, the “2018 Farm Bill”) required the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to begin reporting annually on the types of nutrition incentive projects approved in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) under Section 9(j) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008, as amended (7 U.S.C. 2018(j))
