Hearing, Ninety-second Congress, second session on S. 2280, amend Sections 101 and 902 of The Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended, to implement the convention for the suppression of unlawful seizure of aircraft, and for other purposes; S. 2299, to amend The Federal Aviation Act of 1958 to provide proper penalties in the event of aircraft piracy, and for other purposes; S. 3815, to amend The Federal Aviation Act of 1958 in order to require the screening by weapons-detecting devices of all passengers in regularly scheduled air transporation; S. 3871 to amend The Federal Aviation Act of 1958 in order to provide a more effective program to prevent aircraft hijacking, and for other purposes.
