Mr. Bell (for himself, Mr. Goldman of New York, Mr. Cleaver, and Mr. Carson) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to the Committees on Homeland Security, and Ways and Means, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned
To prohibit the obligation or expenditure by the Department of Homeland Security of funds for television advertisements promoting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and for other purposes.
