Mr. Gottheimer introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs, and in addition to the Committee on the Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned
To amend title 38, United States Code, to improve the processes by which a veteran may appeal decisions affecting the provision of benefits under the laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.
