The briefing should include a discussion of the progress made by DOD, in coordination with ODNI, in implementing the recommendations in the GAO report, including any actions they have taken, challenges they face, and timelines for implementation. The briefing should also include a discussion of any proposals to the Congress that would streamline or otherwise improve efforts to address the recommendations.
