A scoping meeting will be held at the Morrison Conference Center in the Ralph H. Metcalfe Federal Building, 77 W. Written comments must be received by Monday, December 12, 2022, in order to be considered in the EIS. Participants will be given an opportunity to comment based on the order in which they register.
