The Coast Guard is proposing to establish a temporary security zone encompassing certain waters of the North Atlantic Ocean. The security zone is necessary to prevent waterside threats before, during and after National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency equipment testing conducted offshore near Ocean City, MD, from April 25, 2021, through May 8, 2021. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Maryland-National Capital Region or his designated representative. We invite your comments on this proposed rulemaking.

The Coast Guard is proposing to establish a temporary security zone encompassing certain waters of the North Atlantic Ocean.
