Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974 and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A-108, notice is hereby given that the Civil Rights Division (CRT), a component within the United States Department of Justice (DOJ or Department), proposes to develop a new system of records notice titled DOJ Insight Program Records System, JUSTICE/CRT-011. CRT proposes to establish this system of records to facilitate the Department's Insight Program, a training activity for DOJ attorneys to, among other tasks, gauge reaction and thought processing of DOJ-volunteers presented with proposed trial arguments.

Notice of a New System of Records.
Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974 and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A-108, notice is hereby given that the Civil Rights Division (CRT), a component within the United States Department of Justice (DOJ or Department), proposes to develop a new system of records notice titled DOJ Insight Program Records System, JUSTICE/CRT-011.
