The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other Federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed and/or continuing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Lyme and other Tickborne Diseases Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices Surveys. This will allow for survey development, pre-testing activities, and survey administration to be carried out during the years 2020-2022 by the Division of Vector-Borne Diseases (DVBD), National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Diseases (NCEZID), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The data collection for which approval is sought will allow DVBD to use survey results to inform implementation of future TBD prevention interventions.
