Direct final rule.
Pursuant to the Federal Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Texas that pertain to regulations to control air pollution from motor vehicles with mobile source incentive programs.
This rule is effective on September 7, 2017 without further notice, unless the EPA receives relevant adverse comment by July 10, 2017. If the EPA receives such comment, the EPA will publish a timely withdrawal in the Federal Register informing the public that this rule will not take effect.
