The Department preliminarily determines that Keri Wood did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value. The period of review ("POR") is December 1, 2014, through November 30, 2015. The Department also preliminarily determines that Simite Wooden's sale to the United States is not bona fide, as required by section 751(a)(2)(B)(iv) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended ("the Act"). Therefore, we are preliminarily rescinding the NSR with respect to Simite Wooden.
