The comment period for this notice expired on June 8, 2015. The Federal Reserve received four comment letters on the proposed revisions of the FR 2420; three from trade organizations and one from a U.S. branch of a foreign bank. Substantive comments on the data collection are discussed in detail below. In addition, several technical comments were received and the Federal Reserve will update the final reporting forms and instructions for these comments, as appropriate.
