This rule is effective November 30, 2012, unless the EPA receives adverse comment on this regulation by the close of business October 31, 2012. If the EPA receives such comments, the EPA will publish a timely withdrawal of this direct final rule in the Federal Register informing the public that the rule will not take effect and a separate document in the proposed rules section of this Federal Register will serve as a proposal to codify Idaho's authorized hazardous waste management program.
