The Secretary of VA intends to enter into an EUL on an approximately 1.35 acre parcel of land at the Portland VA Medical Center--Vancouver Campus in Vancouver, Washington. The selected lessee will finance, design, develop, construct, manage, maintain and operate the EUL development. As consideration for the lease, the lessee will be required to construct, renovate, operate, and maintain a permanent housing facility; provide preference and priority placement for homeless and/or at-risk Veterans and their families; and provide a supportive services program.

Notice of Intent to Enter into an Enhanced-Use Lease (EUL).
The Secretary of VA intends to enter into an EUL on an approximately 1.35 acre parcel of land at the Portland VA Medical Center--Vancouver Campus in Vancouver, Washington. The selected lessee will finance, design, develop, construct, manage, maintain and operate the EUL development.
