This review covers two producers/exporters of subject merchandise: Pastificio Attilio Mastromauro--Pasta Granoro S.r.L. ("Granoro") and Pastaficio Lucio Garofalo S.p.A. ("Garofalo").\1\ We preliminarily determine that during the POR, Granoro and Garofalo sold subject merchandise at less than normal value ("NV"). If these preliminary results are adopted in the final results of this administrative review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection ("CBP") to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise during the POR.
