Third, EPA is proposing to redesignate Washington County to attainment for the 8-hour ozone standard, based on a finding that the requirements for this redesignation have been satisfied. Fourth, EPA finds adequate and is proposing to approve the State's 2018 Motor Vehicle Emission Budgets (MVEBs) for Washington County.
