Also, the Commission responds to petitions for reconsideration filed the BIG LEO Spectrum Sharing Order by affirming its decision to establish a plan for sharing between the fixed and mobile (except aeronautical mobile) services and Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) Mobile-Satellite Service (MSS) operators in the 2495-2500 MHz band. This decision will permit BRS Channel No. 1 licensees to relocate to the 2496-2502 MHZ portion of the 2495-2690 MHz band.
