The incorporation by reference of certain publications listed in the NSPS is approved by the Director of the Federal Register as of June 16, 2006. The emission guidelines for existing sources in subpart FFFF of 40 CFR part 60 (sections 60.2980 through 60.3078) are effective February 14, 2006.
