This amendment becomes effective November 14, 2005. Affected parties, however, do not have to comply with the information collection requirements of Sec. Sec. 183.43, 183.45, 183.53, 183.55, 183.57, 183.63, or 183.65 until the control number assigned by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for this information collection requirement is published in the Federal Register.
