United States, Slip Op. 05-3, the Court of International Trade affirmed the Department of Commerce's Final Results of Redetermination Pursuant to Remand, dated September 30, 2004, and entered a judgment order. This litigation related to the Department of Commerce's review of the antidumping order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, from the People's Republic of China, covering the period June 1, 1998, through May 31, 1999.
