The final rule becomes effective December 14, 2004. The incorporation by reference of certain publications listed in this rule is approved by the Director of the Federal Register as of December 14, 2004. However, affected parties are not required to respond to the information collection (paperwork) requirements until OMB approves those requirements and OSHA announces that approval in the Federal Register.
