The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking a direct final action to approve the sections 111(d)/129 State Plan submitted by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) on February 18, 2003. This direct final rule is effective on May 3, 2004, without further notice, unless EPA receives adverse comment by April 2, 2004.
