Effective December 29, 2003, except for Sec. Sec. 15.123, 76.1905, and 76.1906 which contains information collection requirements that are not effective until approved by the Office of Management and Budget. The FCC will publish a document in the Federal Register announcing the effective date for those sections. The incorporation by reference of certain publications listed in the regulations is approved by the Director of the Federal Register, as of December 29, 2003, except for the incorporation by reference in Sec. 15.123 which will be approved as of the effective date announced in the Federal Register.
