To be eligible to vote, mango importers and first handlers must have imported or handled 500,000 or more pounds of mangos during the representative period from January 1 through December 31, 2002. The voting period for the referendum will be from November 10, 2003 through November 28, 2003. Ballots must be received by the referendum agents no later than the close of business, Eastern daylight-standard time, November 28, 2003, to be counted. Kathie M.
