This notice publishes the Jicarilla Apache Liquor Control Ordinance. It repeals and replaces all previous tribal enactments pertaining to the regulation of liquor on the Jicarilla Apache Reservation. The Ordinance regulates the control, possession and sale of liquor on the Jicarilla Apache Tribe trust lands, to be in conformity with the laws of the State of New Mexico, where applicable and necessary. Although the Ordinance was adopted on September 10, 2001, it does not become effective until published in the Federal Register, because the failure to comply with the ordinance may result in criminal charges.

Notice.
This notice publishes the Jicarilla Apache Liquor Control Ordinance. It repeals and replaces all previous tribal enactments pertaining to the regulation of liquor on the Jicarilla Apache Reservation.
