This extension of the interim authorization will become effective on December 30, 2002 and remain in effect until January 1, 2006 unless EPA receives adverse written comment by December 2, 2002. If EPA receives such comment, it will publish a timely withdrawal of this immediate final rule in the Federal Register and inform the public that this extended authorization will not take immediate effect.
