The Department is requiring U.S. carriers that submit Form 41 financial reports to submit for each reported aircraft type, total aircraft hours, fuel consumed, and aircraft days assigned to service. Currently, there is a lack of market and segment data for domestic all-cargo, domestic charter and small aircraft operations.
