The Near East/South Asia/Africa Division of the Office of Citizen Exchanges, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), announces an open competition to spur development of the African workforce for effective and satisfying participation in 21st century businesses, government, NGOs, and other venues. U.S.-based public and private non-profit organizations meeting the provisions described in Internal Revenue Code section 26 USC 501(c)(3) may submit proposals to conduct international exchange programs. Programs and projects must comply with Bureau requirements and guidelines outlined in this Request for Grant Proposals (RFGP) and the Bureau's Proposal Submission Instructions (PSI).
