This action proposes to establish Class E airspace at Albany, KY. A Global Positioning System (GSP) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP), helicopter point in space approach, has been developed for Clinton County Hospital. As a result, controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to accommodate the SIAP.

Notice of proposed rulemaking.
This action proposes to establish Class E airspace at Albany, KY.
