The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is amending its rules of practice that apply to Agency enforcement actions. This rule is part of FSIS's ongoing effort to consolidate, streamline, and clarify the meat and poultry product inspection regulations.
This rule is effective January 25, 2000.
