This action proposes to establish Class E airspace at Garrison, ND. A Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instruction Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Runway (Rwy) 13, and a GPS SIAP to Rwy 31, have been developed for Garrison Municipal Airport. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 to 1200 feet above ground level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the approaches. This action would create controlled airspace for Garrison Municipal Airport.
