Comments. The EPA will accept comments regarding these proposed amendments on or before January 27, 1999. Additionally, a public hearing regarding the proposed amendments will be held if anyone requesting to speak contacts the EPA by January 19, 1999. If a hearing is requested, the hearing will be held on January 27, 1999 beginning at 10:00 a.m., and the record on the hearing will remain open for 30 days after the hearing date to provide an opportunity for submittal of rebuttal and additional information.
