This notice proposes to amend the Class E airspace area at Linden, NJ. The development of new Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP) based on the Global Positioning System (GPS) at Linden Airport, NJ, has made this proposal necessary. Additional controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to accommodate the SIAP and for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at the airport.

Notice of proposed rulemaking.
This notice proposes to amend the Class E airspace area at Linden, NJ.
