Notice of Proposed Exemptions.
This document contains notices of pendency before the Department of Labor (the Department) of proposed exemptions from certain of the prohibited transaction restrictions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (the Act) and/or the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the Code).
(a) Cause an early amortization event; (b) cause a reduction of the amounts of surplus finance charge collections with respect to any Series of investor certificates below the level required by the Rating Agencies; or (c) adversely affect the amount or timing of payments to investor certificateholders of any Series.
