 Providing congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United 
   States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection 
   Agency relating to ``California State Motor Vehicle and Engine and 
   Nonroad Engine Pollution Control Standards; The `Omnibus' Low NOX 
Regulation; Waiver of Preemption; Notice of Decision''. <<NOTE: June 12, 
                        2025 -  [H.J. Res. 89]>> 

    Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United 
States of America in Congress assembled, That Congress disapproves the 
rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to 
``California State Motor Vehicle and Engine and Nonroad Engine Pollution 
Control Standards; The `Omnibus' Low NOX Regulation; Waiver of 
Preemption; Notice of Decision'' (90 Fed. Reg. 643 (January 6, 2025)), 
and such rule shall have no force or effect.

    Approved June 12, 2025.
