SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Pro bono Work to Empower and Represent Act of 2021'' or the ``POWER 2.0 Act''. SEC. 2. <<NOTE: 28 USC 81 note prec.>> REMOVAL OF SUNSET.
