To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 
 440 Arapahoe Street in Thermopolis, Wyoming, as the ``Robert L. Brown 
          Post Office''. <<NOTE: Dec. 30, 2020 -  [S. 4684]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. ROBERT L. BROWN POST OFFICE.

    (a) Designation.--The facility of the United States Postal Service 
located at 440 Arapahoe Street in Thermopolis, Wyoming, shall be known 
and designated as the ``Robert L. Brown Post Office''.
    (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to 
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Robert L. 
Brown Post Office''.
